Picture this: It is 05.27 clock. You are hungry after a hard day at work, itching to come home to see family, and now you’re stuck in traffic. Frustration sets in But you, because it uses almost daily occurrence.
So you finally walk in the home at 6:04, two young children are clamoring for your attention, and hungry. You pop a few frozen dinners in the microwave, while knowing that it is not healthy, but be aware that simply do not have time to think, let alone cook. After a quick lunch consisting of Salisbury steak days you’re not even close.
Now is the time to do the laundry, in conjunction with the children, and of course a day’s work left over from the office. When you have time to relax? At night we keep telling yourself.
But every night the same old story. You flop into bed before 1:00 and closed eyes. Your mind is still racing from the days just passed, and the busy days before. So, again and again, hoping that you can close at least a little of your eyes to wake up alarm clock 06.00 (a loud annoying alarm
There have been 15 years).
And the next day begins again. Are you tired at work, you must eat any time you’re stressed and you can not get out of this vicious circle.
So what do you do?
First thing first: Take a deep breath. You’re probably only reading this said before.
To make a more restful sleep tonight follows:
1) Get a notebook and five minutes to write in front of freedom. What you do is take every thought from the past, present and future of head and on paper, where reliable and safe. This is the clutter from your mind free and you can be more convenient.
2) Get a new alarm clock to wake you up gradually with classical music. This is to do absolute wonders for your morning routine. What you want is an alarm go off 15-20 minutes earlier than usual waking whole. It will turn very quietly and slowly bring you out of your sleep.
3) Add a pair of very healthy snacks into your daily routine. One of my favorites are 2 oz bag filled with baby carrots. It has good flavor, good for you, and take time to prepare. If you’re hungry for work or on the way home to eat. Another great snack is raw almonds. Eat healthy work
a surprisingly well to help you sleep better.
